When i was high school i was totally in love with a girl. I asked her out and she said yes. But my self esteem was so low that i was unable to continue to see her because I felt I was holding her back. See I was a dork in high school, and she was a cheerleader. Everyone kept saying she was too good for me, I believed them. So made up a reason to break-up. Worse mistake in my life it feels sometimes. Wehn we met in reunion she was unhappy in a marrage and I was single. but never could make a move.

This type of thought may comes from the guys who don't have self esteem....otherwise what could be the reason that SHE be too good for someone... No, not me.

i have dated beautiful woman but non were too good for me so no. are you sure he feels this way? maybe he does not like you.
it seems woman usually tend to feel not good enough unlike your outlook

ok, thats not me but who does??? which guy in his right mind will let a women go ESPECIALLY since he loves her AND he knows that he is not good nuf for her, if i were him id hold on to her and never let go. any guy who does that is seriously f-ed up in his mind
