I'm 13 and always try different eyeliners but IDK which i like best.same with my foundation. i chnage my foundation alot too. i'm light skinned but not like really pale either. i have hazel eyes so which eye makeup do you think would look best. mascara-OMG cant find ANY i like. it always clumps! my mkaeup looks good after 10 minsutes owrking on it (NO KIDDING). would like it to look the same as now but with less time. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay a really good fouindation it clinique its expensive but its allergy tested and it doesnt do anything to your skin

Ok so I'm the PERFECT type of person to answer this question because I'm 13 also! You sound like me, hazel eyes and fair skijn... I use brown eyeliner. I think black is too dark, and brown looks and works amazing on me! I use Clinique Brown Sugar I think it's like 14.50 or something. As far as foundation... I'm not really sure, but I use some from cliniqe. Mascara... well I can't help you out there because I'm trying to find a good one also. For eyeshadow, I use a neutral shimmer color. But that dosn't really matter. (the eyeliner I suggested lasts all day long. not even kidding!) I hope I was a help! If you have any questions or just want to talk e-mail me sometime!

I like NYC and Cover Girl
NYC cheaper than Cover girl
NYC has the better eye shadows and eye liners
Cover Girl has great mascara and foundations
you can find them both a Wal-Mart
i would use greens and natural colors for your eyes green would highlight the you eye color and natural colors would look good with your skin color

I use Bare Essentials. Its not very cheap, but it lasts a long time. And its amazingg. It actually helps to make your skin better. My sister has acne and she uses it and she looks a lot better since she uses it. It hides everything. And if you cant afford that, then Covergirl or one of those companies made a new Mineral Makeup.

I know it's not the cheapest, but I like Covergirl eye shadows the best. My fave mascara is Covergirl Great lash mascara. It seperates the best.
You sound like a makeup fiend like me. :)

I really like Clinique and bare minerals, but they are not cheap. A good cheap brand is almay. You can go cheaper like http://www.eyeslipsface.com but it can be irritating to the eye area if your skin is sensitive.

the mary-kate and ashley brand is pretty cheap i use it and it looks nice.
umm for your eyes to bring them out go with a light brown/ a pale blue it looks nice and its suddle

i don't think you should wear makeup . i don't wear any and many people compiment on how beautiful i am without it . so i wouldn't reccomend that you wear any makeup .
