thats exactly it my man admits he has strange suspicious ways and hes always been this way.

do i just accept it?

I think some men, and women, like having secret behavior because it makes them feel special to know that it is secret. It sounds crazy, I know, but it's true. People are nuts. Some people are just really self conscious. HOWEVER, if all signs point to "yes" then come on. If he won't tell you who is calling his cell phone or where he went for lunch, I think you have the right to believe there is a chance he's cheating.
If he's secretive about how much he gets paid or how many cookies he had after dinner, then it's probably just a self conscious secrecy.

Some people are just naturally secretive so I am sure it will make the other person feel like they are being cheated on or lied to.

It depends on your comfort level. If it bothers you, then no, move on cause it will only get worse. If you are fine with it then go for it.
