yupp. you might as well use the whole minute

yes. no matter what company you are with you will be charged- they round up to the first full minute. the only way to get around it is if you just have a simple thing to say- then text them.then it's only 10 cents a txt.

Yes, but its not just T-Mobile. Every cell company in the USA except Nextel rounds up to the nearest minute.
