I believe only if the tiger was bred in captivity. Even then you will need to be licensed to own it, and to get licensed you will need to show proof you can house and care for it properly and safely with no risk to the public.

NO! NO! NO! It is NOT legal ANYWHERE! Please do not get a baby tiger, or ANY exotic animal EVER! It's so bad for the animal and they are becoming extint and people never know how to properly care for them. Please don't buy anything like that ever. If you do I hope the tiger or what ever turns on you and you get injured in some way, but the animal gets the benefit of the doubt b/c i'm sure people like you were mistreating it in someway. And if you have any questons about animals and being endangered i'd be more than happy to tell you whats up!

I've never heard of a bady tiger but it would depend on what state you live in whether or not you can have a baby tiger.

Don't know what a bady tiger is. If it is a wild tiger, then yes, it is illegal unless you have the correct permits and habitat.

A bady tiger? Probably not.
A baby tiger? Absolutely not.
You can check state laws, but I'm pretty sure tigers are illegal anywhere.

Did you know that baby tigers turn into adult tigers. Does it still sound like a good idea to have one? I think not.

Everything I have read says that exotic animals are not meant to be pets. Please do not get a pet like that. They do not belong in a domestic situation. They are still wild animals with wild animal instincts.
