Clean every last bit of discoloration or dirt from the crack line. Then take some clear polurethane liquid glue and mix into it a bit of colorant to match the face color. And apply in line right onto the crackline with a utility knife blade. Let set up Trim off and sand a bit with wet 2000 grit wet dry paper. Repeat as needed until the crack line is gone. If you have an open crack glue that together using polyurathane glue + a bit of the colorant first, then cover the crack. With a bit of practice you can make the cracks invisible using this method and they will last indefenitely.

Both answers are good, but if the doll is valuable, you may lose value by doing an amateur job. If the doll is worth some money take it to a doll hospital where a pro can do it. If its only sentimental value, fix it yourself.

YEAH THAT'S RIGHT WHAT THAT GUY JUST SAID... BUT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CLEAN THE DOLL AND DO NOT SMEAR THE CLEAR SEALER ON DO IT CAREFULLY AS IF YOU WERE REPLACING THE PIN IN A HAND GRENADE.
AND MAKE SURE THAT THIS PRODUCT IS TO BE USED ON PORCELAIN "ONLY" NOT SOMETHING THAT IS USED ON CHINA CUPS OR PLATES. BECAUSE IT MAY CAUSE THE DOLL TO YELLOW, AND THIS WILL CAUSE THE DOLL TO LOSE ITS VALUE. ($$)

100% agree with saaanen. Some antiques are more valuable with the natural wear and tear visible. Amatuer repairs ruin them and their value.
