-don't accept rides from strangers
-curb your credit card debts
-smile is contagious. Smile to brighten up everyone's day
-don't walk barefoot in public restrooms eg; can u imagine the bacteria cwarling on the gas station's loo floor?
-surround yourself with postive energy, distant yourself from people who make u feel bad to keep your sanity
-Eat 8 portion of veggies & fruits everyday
-Accept the consequences of your actions and stop blaming others
-Love yourself so you can offer love to the world
-Have plenty of sleep so u can function well in your job or anything else during the day
-Be spiritual to keep you grounded.

Think about what you would do if you only had one more year to live. Make sure you start planning to do those things. Yes, people advocate planning for the future, but no one knows if they have a future! It is not foolish to do the things that make you happy!

life is a gift, live as though it is. cherrish each and every day. Let your loved ones truley know how much they mean to you, take time for yourself, and lastly, let your children know that you will always be there for them, never let them down when it really matters, you wont regret it in the long run.
