Are they related to the Panic of the disco boys... they sure sound alike. but i love their music? i'm confused :(

yeah it is Fall Out Boy but it's okay everyone makes mistakes.
A. FOB does not suck
B. Panic! and FOB are under the same label because Pete Wentz flew out to L.A. to hear them play in their garage and then asked them to sign with his label, Decaydance Records.
C. I don't think they sound a whole lot a like, besides the fact that both the lead singers have awesome voices. which is amazing b-cuz Patrick never had any previous singing experience before FOB and I think Brendon did but I'm not sure.
D. Panic! is more orchestra-like but either way both bands are freaking awesome, so who cares.
E. No they're not related, they've just been really close friends ever since Pete discovered them.

suck it up FOB haters if you would just give them a chance you would like them, I didn't want to like them at first you know because everyone else liked them and I didn't want to be on that band wagon but I gave them a chance and it turns out i don't care what other people think they're freaking awesome.

Fall Out Boy has been around a lot longer than Panic!At The Disco.Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy started a record label called Decaydence which Panic! is signed on along with Gym Class Heroes and the Hush Sound.Evening Out With Your Girlfriend,Take This To Your Grave dont have very many similarities to panic at least not to me besides the fact that its catchy.

Someone in Fall Out Boy helped Panic! At the Disco, so Panic! probably had a lot of infleuence from the help they've had from Fall Out Boy. In any case, I love them both.

yeah they actually all sound the same. most bands now sound like each other, check out secondhand serenade and cute is what we aim for they sound the same vocal wise not music wise
