In the work I do I write them up. Have to wash hands after every bathroom break and between patients.

I don't, but if you're really "evil," try this one next time:
If you can wash up in time to follow them out, leave one finger just a tad wet, wipe it against their hand (or cheek if you're bold enough) and say,"I really hate it when I pee on my hand."
