You have freedom of choice. No one forced you to eat the fries or any other kind of food that made you fat. I am sorry it happened. But, I do not feel you can sue a restraunt because you became fat. Again,I am sorry you became fat. Take care, and best wishes.

This is the USA....you can sue anyone or any corporation. The chances of you winning however are nearly non-existent;assuming you can find an attorney to take your case.

well technically you CAN sue anyone for anything. But it doesn't mean you'll win. You might get some fun TV coverage over a case like that though :)

Yes, you can sue, but be prepared to lose because you don't have a case.

I'd love to see the bathroom lawsuit. Bring it on.

I doubt it. They didn't hold a gun to your head and force you to eat them. You chose to do it. I'm sure other foods helped you put on fat too. Not just the cheesefries. If you put too much food into your mouth you will get fat. End of story.

Sure, go ahead and sue. Clog up our judical system more than it already is and in the process, oh please make some attorney enough money to buy a huge house and a BMW!

What a stupid question!

Did they have a gunman forcing you in the restaurant, and holding it againts your head to make you eat it? If not you have no case.

Darn Jane got the smart aleck comment typed in faster than I did. lol

No, you should sue yourself for eating too many of them.

NO because they didn't make you eat them. Everyone pretty much know what will make them gain weight. Try staying away from those type of foods. Also stop yourself from eating fried foods and eat more boiled and baked foods.
