I thought The Ringer was hilarious, that sort of stupid humor, where you should feel guilty for laughing but you strangely don't! Johnny Knoxville is that fun childish humor!

Employee of the Month. Unless you're a teenage boy in which case, watch both but start with the Ringer.

Employee of the month would have to be my choice. The Ringer was funny but I thought Employee was funnier.

Employee of the month I found The ringer was really distasteful.

The Ringer was good, but I didn't actually find it really funny. Glen was probably the best part. (Anyone named Glen in general actually) I liked Employee of the month more and not just because I'm a big Dane fan.

Employee of the Month. For some reason I laughed at everything that was said. Plus Dane Cook was hot.
