Go to your control panel: start, settings, control panel and click on Internet options. On the screen that shows up simply click "clear history".

Please be more specific because i am assuming that you want to clear the history of your internet explorer. I also do not know what version of internet explorer you are using. Generally, go to tools, internet options, and in the general tab click delete (it is in the browsing history subsection). You are then provided options which you can decide would best suit your needs.

Which history are you referencing? Here are some of the choices:

Windows document history
MSWord document history
IE URL history
Firefox URL history
MSExcel spreadsheet history

The same way you do it on a every windows computer. FYI Dell runs on windows.
