I've asked a couple of times today already. I've gotten a few great responses like - Gary Glitter, Cassie, Fall Out Boys, B.E.P, etc - but need some more.

Any songs you like to work out to, let me know. I'm open to anything with a good beat - with exception to 70's rock stuff or anything that sounds like Eye of The Tiger.

Also, I just want to add, that even if there are a lot of answers, please don't be discouraged. I'm looking at all the answers while I download so I really want your input.

I think it depends on your work out.

I lost 50 pounds doing mostly running and listened almost exclusively to the Foo Fighters and Nirvana (especially the second half of Outcesticide, which is very fast).

Also...
Chemical Brothers, Let Forever Be.
Beastie Boys, Sabotage
Public Enemy, especially Cold Lampin with Flavor (good interval song)
Lifehouse, Hanging by a Moment (cheesy, I know)
Creed, My Sacrifice and Higher
Smashing Pumpkins (Cherub Rock, Frail & Bedazzled, Silverf*ck, XYZ)
Red Hot Chili Peppers, Californication, Scar Tissue and Road Trippin (cool down)

On the bike, I like Radiohead, especially Amnesiac and Kid A. Hail to the Thief has some good tracks too, but I don't go as often anymore.

the following two songs by Voodoo and Serano (techno):
1) "Blood is pumpin"
2) "Overload"

or any of these:
1) "Brand new" by rhymfest
2) "Good Time" by INXS with Jimmy Barnes
3) "Flight 643" by DJ Tiesto
4) "Headlong" by Queen
5) "Rythem is a Dancer" by Snap
6) "Walkie Talkie" by Dj Shadow
7) " Award tour" by A Tribe Called Quest
8) " Baba o Reiley" by ILS

Thats is just a few and some are pretty techno, dont know what your speed is. But will put you in the zone at the gym.
Keep in mind its the music not the lyrics for me so i look for edited versions. Some of the songs hit you with a string of explitives that arent really needed (brand new, award tour, walkie talkie)

Try to get some of the CDs that "Curves" (the women's workout clubs) puts out. Really good music but to the correct 140 beats a minute for workouts...
