Maybe some 'boyleg' panties, if you're lucky. We girls don't have to worry about dangly bits escaping, so it's hard to say what would keep you in place. Guess you'll just have to go shopping and look for something with a wider crotch.

silkie ones from adam and eve or fredericks or victorias secret. the thongs they will make the things pop out as you know this already obviously.. so.. brands are nto like the kind of guys wear we go to shops um.. H&M on line stores.. get a medium if ur like 125 - 140 # size 7 they have microfiber - silk - spandex but spandex will make u sweat. u really have to go to the shops to feel them.. mandees, dots, h&m is a good shop too.
