I can't think of the last time I heard of any good news regarding Iraq. I'm sure good things are going on and are happening every day, but we're not getting it from our american media.

Nobodies interested in a new generator being installed in a water treatment plant, death sells, and theres more of that going on in Iraq than anywhere on Earth. Demand dictates supply.

They probably do. But only because the bad is really bad. If the US were suffering from suicide bombings every day then CNN and FOX would also be devoting too much attention to the bad and not enough attention to the good.

You mean like the 327 families that moved back to Baghdad over the weekend?
Or the 4500 schools rebuilt or remodeled?
Or the 180,000 troops already trained?
No everyone knows that of course.

I think they focus on all the good they can.
There's just so much more bad. Its like a drop of hershey's syrup in a gallon of milk -- it's chocolate milk, but can you really tell?
