Report her to the police. They will warn her to stop harassing you. This is usually enough. If it isn't, get an injunction from the court to stop her from harassing you.
If she breaches this it is contempt of court and she could go to prison.
Don't follow the advice of some other responders to take the law into your own hands. It will backfire.
Also complain to your councillor about the management and if that doesn't work, get onto your MP.

firstly, contact the police and have a restraining order taken out. If it continues, have the other resident arrested. If it still continues, go to the dodgiest pub you can find. In there you will find somebody willing to petrol bomb her home for about 50 quid. But you are wasting your time complaining to management. My girlfriend was having the same trouble with a little sod around the corner from her house throwing stones, eggs etc at the windows. I moved into the house 3 weeks ago and the first thing I did was went round to his house and showed him the photos of me up at the gun club holding my AK-47 and my SPAS-12 shotgun. We dont have any trouble from him now.

that's bullying. Sexual harassment, earlier ignorant human beings misinterpreted the meaning, grow to be a criminal term that meant that somebody able to authority over somebody else who tried to coerce the underling into performing sexual favors as a manner to get a advertising, a job, or preserve their activity grow to be responsible of sexual harassment. nicely, that's additionally what sexual harassment is. something is seen becoming a adversarial artwork ecosystem, which additionally covers faculties i've got self assurance. i do no longer think of little ones of that age understand a number of of something -- it relatively is the reason mothers and dads ought to instruct their little ones those issues, yet now we'd like the State to develop our little ones. Too undesirable the State isn't very stable at doing something, enormously the place a private touch is needed. i'm not sure what you're able to do wanting homeschooling your daughter if this turns right into a continual difficulty. faculties are notoriously undesirable at coping with bullying incidents and are often complacent or particularly situations complicit in scholar harassment, no count number what they call their pathetic, ineffectual rules.

If she talks to you ignore her. Just don't harm yourself. I was bullied once by this boy because i have a little bit of hair above my upper lip people said i had a moustache. The consular gave me a book to understand bullies the boy really had a crush on me and i said i didn't like him so he had started saying that. Usually bullies do this because they have problems at home.

If she is actually harrasing you go to the policy. If she is paying people off to not like you or not hang out with you I dont think that is punishable by law. Either way I would move if you are to the point where you are harming yourself.
