Yesterday is in our memories? If we forget yesterday, did it ever exist?

It didn't "go" anywhere. That is akin to say... Setting a ball on a table, removing it and placing it elsewhere, and saying "the time that the ball was there is gone... where did that time go?"

It is simply a reconfiguration of mater/energy. It didn't go anywhere, it changed.

the moment when you posted this question is also gone, just as yesterday is. did it ever exist? did you dream what happened yesterday? "yesterday" could just be a very vivid thought, not a memory. we have no proof that it actually happened.

Yesterday isn't gone. It's just in our past and if we remember our past it will always be there. Kind of like a loved one that has past on, they will always be there if we remember.

Yesterday is literally just a memory.

There is no past or future, just an everchanging present.
