Clean her cage at least once a week to help with the smell. If changing her bedding once a week doesn't help, do it twice a week.

Also, do not wash your pet. She cleans herself. It's not her that smells, it's her feces. Cleaning up her feces will help with the smell.

I own a mouse. Mice are twice as stinky as hamsters and I clean his cage twice a week to help with the smell.

You can get extra obsorbent bedding, like the kind used for rabbits. It takes locks in all odor and wetness. Some hamsters are lazy or like their special spot. It's a behavioral thing, perhaps you can buy your hamster a little bin in her cage where she can go in to either sleep, or poop.

Where do you expect her to poop? The toilet?

Also, you should never bathe a hamster. They clean themselves.

Maybe clean her cage more often if you don't want to smell her.
