well raceism in us was big, no german, no austria hungaryians. british sent ppl to us to talk crap about them and raceist emotion grow.

i dont know what civil liberties, but i know that it was to limit antinatoinalism to form, and by the time union was big and they favored capitalism, communism, and facism, so to stop this they limited civil rights, and in terms of war it should be limited to support its people. also us didnt enter the war till 1917 and tried to be out of it, no americans could go to europe, cuz gerry u-boats could sunk them. although u-boats warned ships before attack, when ships started to carry cannons and fired on u-boats they stopped warning them... well i wish it helped u...
