That is a fairly difficult question if the dates are not considered. In Europe the Seven Years' War was from 1756 to 1763, and in America the French and Indian War was from 1754 to 1763. Therefore, the war in America would be based on events here. In that respect the cause of the war was relatively simple, Americans, then English, simply ran into French and Indian settlers in the Ohio region. As a result, B is the correct answer.
I see differing reasoning and answers, please let us know which is correct!

Causes
Using trading posts and forts, both the British and the French claimed the vast territory between the Appalachians and the Mississippi river, from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico, known as the Ohio Country.
Both European countries ignored Native American claims to the land in order to pursue their beaver pelt economies.
The British colonists feared papal influence in North America (New France was administered by French governors and Roman Catholic hierarchy and missionaries such as Armand de La Richardie were active). For the predominantly Protestant British settlers, French control over North America could have represented a threat to their religious and other freedoms that were provided by English law.
Newfoundland's Grand Banks were fertile fishing grounds and coveted by both sides. The conclusion of this war would see France keeping only the islands of Saint Pierre and Miquelon, allowing them access to the Grand Banks to this day.

A, B, C,D all have some truth in them. But to make it clear this war: The French and Indian War was really part of a much bigger war, nearly world wide-The Seven Years War. The colonials did relatively not much in the war but emerged with great benefits. When the Brits finally won the colonies won. And this gave them most all they wanted. So great gain, not much participation. But when it was over the Brits were broke and wanted the colonies to pay their share of paying for the war. Ergo the beginning of duties and restrictions on trade that led to the American Revolution.

it relatively is a common rule of thumb to seem for the financial clarification for a conflict. It types the backdrop for all the different issues that ensue. With this in innovations, i might say that the beaver pelt economies and the fishing grounds of Newfoundland have been vast factors of this, regardless of the actuality that there is likewise worry that the parts of North u.s. that have been being administered via the French have been additionally overseen via a Roman Catholic Heirarchy, threatening religious freedom. yet like I suggested, stick to the money. This conflict replaced right into a mirrored image of what replaced into happening politically in Europe, so I think of that there replaced into extra to it than fishing and furs. i've got self belief that there is a robust danger that the geography of Louisiana, and its magnitude for commerce in the process the midwest, simply by administration of the mouth of the Mississippi...had some thing to do with it besides. this might require extra study.
