Take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2 x day or whenever you feel the need to snack. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Your hair AND nails will grow long and strong. I, too, have also had that problem with thin and weak nails. Now my nails are long and strong. You will feel the results as soon as you drink your first glass.

The glue, i think is what harms them. Not to mention the filing. To help your nails, drink Knox for nails and take Gelatin tabs. Also, try taking some Calcium supplements. Sally Hanson has a wide variety of products that should help to strengthen your nails. Try anything with Calcium in it.
