I need to know how to get pictures on google I hear people say you need a website then they crawl your website but I have looked on google and my pictures still arent there. Help Please!

Google updates their index only periodically. Your site may not appear in the index for a few months after you have first submitted it. After that, you will probably have to go through several index update cycles before your images get pushed high enough on the results list to actually find them.

Basically you just have to wait. Here's exactly what Google says:
You can search billions of images on the Web with Google's Image Search. However, there are many more images on the Internet that Google has not yet added to its index. Google is working to crawl more images to increase the quality and quantity of images returned when you search, so it's likely we will add the image you're looking for in the near future.
