Why dont they make the "Catalyst" in -3?

I'm 14 yrs old and I play for an AAU team and an American Legion team and both leagues require -3 bats and I like the Catalyst but its only made in -10 and -8.

There could be restrictions due to the safety of those playing the field when someone using bats that have a quicker jump than the lower grades.
