I want to start a wedding invitation business....but don't know where to start? What things should I look? Any legal things I need to know about? Where do I look for a publisher or printing firm? Are there any copy right terms and conditions? What are the steps to start the business?

Usually it's a good idea to get some experience before going into business on your own ...

So if you are not married (or did not organise your own wedding) I suggest you get married or organise a friends wedding as a first step.

Take a course in small business management and accounting. Then see if your area has a mentor program and can pair you up with an experienced wedding planner.
