I am an aspiring author and I am working on my first novel. =)
My friends and family tell me my writing is great, but I would like someone I don't know to review my writing. Could you refer me to a website OR offer to review it, please? I rarely use this e-mail account, so please answer if you are interested rather than e-mailing me. Thank you!

I'm a member of http://www.newbie-writers.com/forum - there's a post and review thread there, as well - but you're most likely to get more feedback from the other sites.

If it's sci-fi or fantasy, try http://www.elfwood.com a website you can join for free. It seems to be having technical issues right now but it should be sorted out by tomorrow. You have to pass a quiz about Elfwood rules and copyrights to join. It's a good place to get critics from fellow SF&F writers.

I use www.allpoetry.com, but it has a few other sites related to it, one of which I believe is allstory.com
