April and May. It has awesome airfaire prices, and you don't get stuck with as many tourists so you can see more of what it's really like with the locals. Plus, most places are usually at fairly decent weather at that time.

The best time to travel to Europe is late September through October. The crowds have died down a bit and hotel rates are more affordable - most hotels offer off season rates between September and April. If your European vacation includes beach resorts then you will want to go in early September. Hotels and some restaurants in smaller beach towns close in the off season. Use Tripadvisor.com - it's a great resource and has guest reviews.

It depends which part of Europe you wanna see and why. But i think that September is the best. Temperatures are high if you want to go to the coast and swim, prices are not so high any more. And Europeans mostly do not go on vacations at that time. So it won't be so crowded.

The best time to visit Europe is during the spring, because then the airplane price might decline, and the weather will be more enjoyable

It all depends on where in Europe you are going, how much coney you have, and what weather you like best.
I like summer. If I would have time and some extra $10,000 to $15,000 I would fly there somewhere in the beginning of July.

In my opinion, it would be in May, when the kids are still in school, or September after they've returned. That way the weather is still very nice in both cases, but vacation season hasn't really kicked off. I don't recommend August; that seems to be when everybody is on vacation.

don't go in july or august...so many europeans on vacation and prices are sky high.i think it's either may or sept-you avoid huge crowds and high prices, but still have great weather.
enjoy!
