is a paragraph that is 21 sentences long still a paragraph or would it be incorrect?

As long as the sentences were about the same thing it would still be a paragraph.

There's not a set amount of sentences a paragraph has to be. A good supported one would be about 8-10 though. If all your sentences are supporting one idea, it's ok but make sure you're not saying the same thing over and over and that it is not wordy. Keep in consise and informative for clear reading. If 21 sentences is what it takes, go for it.

It depends. That is a little long for a paragraph, but if all the sentences support the topic sentence, then technically it is not correct. You want to beware of overly long paragraphs, though, because they are hard to follow. If at all possible, break it down some.

Here's the definition of a paragraph:
"A distinct division of written or printed matter that begins on a new, usually indented line, consists of one or more sentences, and typically deals with a single thought or topic or quotes one speaker's continuous words.."
Therefore it can have 21 sentences

It could be correct but it's probably not. Re-read the piece look for places to make a natural break and create more paragraphs.

it depends can these sentences be divided into more subjects? are they all about the same thing? if so then yeah its just a really long one
