Jan I had a very light period early in the month (lasted about four days). Two weeks later had I had a heavy period that lasted a week. I figured the second one was my "real" period, and started testing with my fertility monitor day 10. I didnt actually ovulate until day 28 (which was after that second onset of bleeding). Either way Im confused...Its like day 36...still no new period. I am normally have between a 29-31 day cycle.WOW anyway Ive had 2 paps in last year, all of which were normal, and hate to get a third. Wondering if anyone had gone through this? Thanks

A lot of women bleed when they ovulate. I know because I am one of them. That's what it sounds like to me, and don't worry it is perfectly normal. As long as you know you ovulate. If you don't ovulate at all with this bleeding it might be a problem. Good luck!

I am also polycystic with pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome for some of you who don't know) I've also been where you are and it is normal. I see you have been on the Glucophage for six months now so they should be regulated by now, you may need to call your doctor. Have you tested to be sure you aren't pregnant you maybe having implantation bleeding? How long have you been diagnosed with polycystic? Email me if you have anymore questions and I will try to help.
