yes if you qualify for state assistance by income levels... all their services are on a donation basis but alot of them are free if you qualify.. always lie about your income if you are looking for a discount. also it is state provided so services tend to be generic and minimal. good luck

i've always heard condoms are free, and so is birth control if you're a teenager with no or little income. i don't know about any of the tests, but i but if the bc is free they are free too.

I'm in Austin, TX. The BirthControl at PP is $20-25 depending on pill. I don't know about the other forms (diaphram or shot). Hope this helps!
