What govt. agency do I write to in oposition of the XM/Sirious merger?

I really do not want to see this happen. I know it will make my SM stock go up but it will ruin the service for the customers. The competition has been great and am afraid the consolidation of both will hurt the consumer. I would like to know who to Email. Thank you.

You can contact the FCC , but I wouldn't expect much support from them.
