What kind of shoes have the non-removable wheel in the heel?

The ones where you smack the shoe against the ground and the wheel pops out not Heelys.

theres a pair in my closet (my husbands) the brand name is "Urban Road Slide"
the wheel is not removeable and there a button on the back of the heel that when hit the wheel pops out

The only thing I can think of are dressy flats. You could get a pair with pointy toes and a pair with round toes. Maybe with cute little decorations on them like bows.
