Licoln stood 6 foot 4 inches tall and is the tallest president in American history.

He had Marfans which also made his fingers, especially his thumbs, disproportionatly large. He could make a fist with his thumb resting inside, not forcing it out, and have his thumb come out the other side. This disease affected his heart and probibly caused him some trouble during his presidency.

Below is an interesting little website about his health, although I am not sure about the accuracy.

He was so tall that birds made nests in his hair and the sun tinged his nose when it passed over at noon. He was so tall that he could see the other side of the earth when he was reaching down to touch his toes. He was so tall that he used to catch comets and use them for soap. He was so tall that he used logs for toothpicks. He was so tall that his hat was the size of St. Paul's Cathedral.

Or 6'4".

Whichever you think is more interesting. :-P
