No, but I think there is and extra step they have to take b4 the actual surgery.
I think that they put like an air balloon underneath the skin for a few months,gradually pumping it up.......it stretches the skin to make room for breasts.But, also, man would need to already be on hormones and beginning to grow his own breasts.

I would imagine that adding breasts to a man is a very rare operation. Men are born with breasts, they just usually never give milk or get very big.
