No I like to complain about it. It takes more maturatity than I have to put up and shut up.

That depends on the important of the issue. I believe it is the Marines who say "Is this the hill you want to die on?". Sometimes you to have to put up and shut up. Other times, you can take a stand. You need to pick your battles wisely and keep your priorities in order.
