Ok , i guess what you mean is that you want to clean your TEMP and INTERNET TEMP folders , now for that you can do it manually or download a software that does for you , so try , www.tucows.com or www.download.com and search for cleaners

You can clean out the Temporary files and the cookies.
The cookies are in 2 places on is for Explorer on Right click at Start. The other is in Tools, Internet Options and delete cookies, and delete temp files.

That doesnt clean out your computer at all of all Internet downloaded info and files. To do that completely, you need to purchase Norton Utilities disc $35 and clean out the computer hard drive entirely, Then reload with those discs furnished with your computer. There is no other method plain and simple.

Why do you want to do this anyhow, it is of non benefit to clean all internet loaded files and software from your compter None whatsoever.

In Internet Explorer, use
Tools - Internet Options :
Delete Temporary Internet Files
Clear History

That should do it.
