No matter how it happened, rape is frightening and traumatizing. People who have been raped need care, comfort, and a way to heal.
What Should u Do?
What's the right thing to do if you've been raped? Take care of yourself in the best way for you. For some people, that means reporting the crime immediately and fighting to see the rapist brought to justice. For others it means seeking medical or emotional care without reporting the rape as a crime. Every person is different.
There are three things that everyone who has been raped should do, though:
Know that the rape wasn't your fault.
Seek medical care.
Deal with your feelings.
It's Not Your Fault
Whatever happened, it wasn't your fault. No one has the right to have sex with you against your will. The blame for a rape lies solely with the rapist.

Im sure you are very upset right now, but you need to go to the hospital and tell them what happened.. they will do a rape kit and it will help in finding or charging the person that did this to you, i know it is that last thing you want to do, but take a friend with you, dont take a shower, go as soon as possible. Im sorry this has happened

Best case scenario: Call the police or rape crisis center. Tell your parents or someone in your family who can help. If it is not too late, go to the hospital so they can take a swab sample and collect any evidence you might have on your body. Press charges.
I am sorry for your pain and suffering. I will chant for you. You can overcome! STAY STRONG!!

I am sure you are having a difficult time. First, you need to contact the police and then go to the emergency dept or to your doctor. Is there someone that you trust? If so, talk with them if you can. It's not good to keep it bottled up and I know its hard to talk about it. You aren't to blame for this just keep that in mind.

Report it to the police, talk to a counselor, don't try to go through this alone. Get help. At the least, contact your local rape crisis center (via phone or look them up online).

I'm so sorry!!!
My advice is call the police pronto, so you can get your rapist locked up, and then get some counseling!
It is normal to feel this way! Talk to people you love. It'll be hard, but if you talk to people who love you and care about you, it'll get easier. Don't talk about it if you don't feel comfortable about it, though. It's tough.
Hang in there.

It is hard to talk to anyone about what happened. Have you tried talking to your friends or family about it. It might help you to talk to other people in your situation. If you want to talk to someone let me know I will talk to you.
