Well because of the time difference in Australia
its only 12.45pm Tuesday afternoon 20Th Feb
so I'll tell you what I had last night
small pan fried piece of fat trimmed steak ( no oil added to the pan )
1/2 fried tomato ( in the same pan )
steamed 1/2 potato
steamed 1/2 corn cob
steamed 1/2 carrot
steamed silver beet ( green leafy veggie a bit like spinach )
I could have made a nice gravy but I decided to have a nice hot sauce instead
& then for dessert
1/2 large banana & trim custard
