They will need to go home with their parents, and should they grow up and want to return and become a citizen then they should manage to do it LEGALLY.
To clarify: I am not for amnesty, nor am I for sending back 11 million plus illegals.. But I am for some resolve that would allow those already here in USA to apply for legal status without fear of penalty. But..........from this day forth, no more legal or illegal immigration till these 11 million plus are assimilated into the society.

I thought we were in Singapore....computers, computers. While it may feel like it, enforcing the rules is not punishment. It is simply enforcing the rules. If you are asking if we should change the rules for immigrants who come here outside of the normal legal process in violation of the law only because they have children with them, my answer is no. When they have kids when they are here, my answer is different, because I think it is important that every one be a citizen of somewhere, and their parent's country may not recognize them as citizens of that country. If you are talking about the U.S., this is all theoretical, because there are not resources to deport all the illegal immigrants or their children, so homeland security focuses for the most part only on those who commit felonies when they are here. If someone else walks right into their hands, they may take them if they have a free agent, but it is a very low priority. It is a goofy system, but all things considered-financial and otherwise-it works ok. So final answer-no don't punish the kids, but enforce the laws, and if you can't afford to enforce the laws, change them, or change the conditions so people don't have an incentive to break them.

NO they should not be punished. They should be granted landed immigrant status, and from that point be given the opportunity of gaining citizenship in the normal way.

Well if they still young they can go to the foster system or get adopted so yes they must go with their parents
If they are old enough to take care of themselves (18) and been here since they were children they should stay where can they go ? they don't know any other way ?They should stay here and be given a path to follow to become citizens my opinion

Not punished. They should go wherever their parents go. If the parents must leave, they must leave. Of course they can be become citizens, the CORRECT way.
