Are americans brainwashed from birth?

Why are they so stupid. They think they live in the best country in the world, when its clearly not. 90% of them haven't got a passport either.

I'll be quick:
1) We are (generally) highly intelligent people with a few dimwits who run the country.
2) No, we don't, we are well aware of the problems in the US (refer to answer #1 above)
3) Most Americans don't get as much time off work as Europeans (lazy louts aren't you) as we don't have a bank holiday every other week. We are actually the hardest/longest working country. Also, we are fairly far away from other countries, so the distance makes foreign travel very expensive, unlike Europe where everything is fairly close. The whole of England can fit into some of our individual states with room to spare. So many don't travel much = why get a passport.

I have a passport so nyah to you. You need to do a better job winding us up....this is your A game?

Yeah Americans can be pretty damn stupid sometimes. But no more than other people in the world. Is this the best country in the world? For me it is but if you don't think so I won't hold it against you. I don't have a passport but that's because I don't have the money to travel. Sorry.... as soon as I win my local lottery I'll get right on that OK!

I don't think I'm in the best country in the world. I'm in one of the best countries in the world. I do have a passport and have been out of the country. Also, I have a Master's degree, so I don't think I'm stupid. Try not to generalize.

My country may not be the best country in the world but I am happy with it. No need to boast about it, if you like yours better, so be it I am happy for you. No Offense im no longer a English im a Spanish yet English besides some human beings are reported to worship their u . s . Empire. u.s. is a huge u . s . however maximum social community sites are set up there and Nasa and Boeing is so think of of it that way and what does Spain and England have? properly Spain has Barcelona FC and England has a prior Queen.

oh, the standard of living for most people and the opportunity is still pretty high ... but america being the best place to live is rapidly declining imo ...theres a few places i would rather live to be honest ..and yes i have a passport.
