Clouds are white due to Mie scattering: particles that are much larger than the wavelengths of light scatter it all equally well. Water drops are of this magnitude, therefore they appear white, having no real color of their own. Consider this as opposed to Rayleigh scattering, where the particles are close to the wavelengths of the light, making the sky blue.

You might have noticed that the steam coming out when you are cooking is of white colour.Steam is nothing but water vapour.Clouds contain mostly water vapour clinging to a nuclei.That is why it is of white colour.

For similar reasons that ice and water show little or no color.

No particular color of light happens to be absorbed by them, so they're white (or if darker gray) in most cases.

Reflection of light from the moisture. The bottoms are dark because no sunlight directly hits them.
