I try to. I take supplements, eat as much organic food as I can tolerate, drink soy milk and have recently cut out most of my red meat intake. I used to have red meat at least 8 times a week and I have now cut it down to 1 maybe 2 a week. I also completely stopped eating fast food.
But I do slip up a couple times a week with junk food.

yeah, I am on the Sea Food diet. I see the food, I eat it.

Actually I watch what I eat like, eat fruits and veggies 3X a day. I don't eat foods in between meals. Eating out is not good for you - even if you eat a salad in like, McDonald's, if you go eat out, go to healthy places that are organic or stuff that you know that is made that day. I try to eat stuff that is not bad for me, that is even though I like my sugar and soda, I have maybe one soda like two - three weeks. Soda is not good for you I found that out one day when my dad cleaned the car's battery. I was like does that you that to my stomach?!?! That was the day that I cut back on my soda....... So an apple a day keeps the doctor away, just remember that.
