Why do people think they are text messaging here...?

and use abbreviations for words that are simple to spell anyway? Is it really that hard for them to spell words out? Do kids in school turn in homework done in this manner?

Well, I guess they just want to type, and get their answer done faster, I mean this IS the Internet, so of course people would want to use abbreviations. I mean, I try not to. It's not hard for these people to spell words out, don't underestimate them by the way they type. I am pretty sure they wouldn't turn in hw that way either. Hope I helped.
