It doesnt stop.. Its an endless cycle. It always blows. From east to west .. north to south. The wind keeps our air purified. Taking the nasty stuff and bringing us more back.

it stops when it hits another wind going the opposite direction, then both winds stop, they dont slow down, its called a CURRENT
