Replacing Paula with Posh is the brainchild of Beckham's manager, Simon Fuller, who also serves as Idol's Executive Producer. Apparently Simon Cowell is being loyal to Paula and not going to approve this.
Paula may have her problems, but I prefer her to anything Posh.
What do you think? Do you think Posh should get the job?

She might be a good one for the job. She has a background in music and probably a good eye for talent and style.
However I doubt very much Paula would be replaced. She has a quirky personality that Simon enjoys making fun of and it plays well on the show.
Why fix what's not broken?

Are simon and paula lovers??(simon cowwell) umm...do u listen to the band enya. I do. my favorite is caribbean blue. Umm.. i love paula, even if she has done some wrong things. Posh is just blah with no personality

i think they would lose ratings if they got posh intead of paula, i think one british person is enough (not being racist) but it is AMERICAN idol, though simon rocks, but american idol IS paula, randy and simon, you just cant change that
