To learn HTML (the language web pages are programmed in), the easiest thing to do is to view the sources of other pages. How you do this depends on what browser you use. If you want to find a company to put your web page up, I would suggest GeoCities. http://geocities.yahoo.com - you already have a YAHOO ID - the username you used to post this question would be your login there.

or if you want fast blog site. you can visit blogger or wordpress. just register and login. then you have a website.
