does he do nothing about the major Al Qaeda terrorists sanctuaries/training camps in western Pakistan? Has not western Pakistan become the terrorists region/state that Bush is so afraid Iraq could become and isn't the whole purpose of US military action in the Mideast is to wipe all terrorists states off the map? So why is Bush doing nothing to stop this major threat to US national security? Is he too busy sending US troops to Iraq to fight in the civil war so he can't send them to fight Al Qaeda in Pakistan?

western pakistan has always been a safe haven for the terrorists. however, this is the first time that united states have to deal with it. and bush is taking offensive actions against terrorist in pakistan. it would be a political suicide for musharaff if american troops publicly enter pakistan but there are many covert operations going on in western pakistan.
iran is a different story and it is highly unlikely that iran is supporting the terrorists. united states is using that excuse to intimidate iran. no one wants economic sanctions and a frustrated population. just like N. Korea...iran will come to the table and there will be peace.
jihadis in pakistan is a real problem because united states cannot handle the situation covertly....so that situation will only be solved if mushraff is either other throw by islamist or when mushraff becomes useless to us in which case either he'll be assassinated or replaced by a 'democratic system'.

Bush is only interested in the profit from his oil stocks, he cares very little about Al Qaeda. The longer that he can sustain the war in Iraq the more money he will make.

Excellent question. I wish more Americans would ask questions like these and pressure the man to answer them.

And isn't it interesting that none of the Bush lovers on here have anything to say in answer to this question? They seem to be giving the same answer we're getting from Dubya - none!
