It has not been awarded/given to her just yet. That legal battle is still raging. Marshall's son died a few months ago and his family has now taken up his side of that.
The problem is that her will left everything to Daniel and specifically cuts out future spouses and children, so who knows what's gonna happen.

Good quesiton.
I think part should be given to the baby because she is just an innocent child that will grow up without a mother. The other part should go to Marshell's family.

It should go to the baby. She (Anna) has never seen a penny of his money and it's still in the courts. If they award the money to Anna Nicole, it would go to her heir which should be the baby, although Howard K Stern is trying to get it all now. She had a will leaving everything to Daniel and Howard K Stern, but that was from 2001 and apparently that can be tested in the courts because of Howard K Stern's interest in it all....supposedly being the baby's father and Anna's attorney. He apparently was the one to draw up that will to begin with that everything would be left to him. Sounds a little fishy to me.....Hmmm.

that's been mentioned that she grow to be worth over $4 hundred million. The assets from Howard Marshall has no longer yet been settled so there nevertheless would be $$$ coming from there besides. To those that mentioned she had no $$$, how grow to be she residing & how grow to be she finding out to purchase a yacht the day she died?? The $$ won't bypass to Larry. The courts will over see that $$ and of path he would be aloted a undeniable volume for the care of Dannielynn.

I think some of the money should go into a trust fund for the baby. That can only be used for her benefit and not her fathers, whoever he is.
