"all casinos have coin slots" >I'm afraid that's no longer true almost every casnio in Las Vegas is now entirely TITO(ticket in ticket out)..
The Gold Spike still has coin in, coin out slot machines all the way down to the penny level. The GS is home to the world famous "Copper Mine" about 40, very old penny slots and video poker machines. For a better review that I could give you, read.

"$1 tables downtown" >not anymore, and not for several years now. You can find $3 blackjack at a couple of places >Yes you can still find a few coin machines downtown >My favorites Main Street Station & Golden Nugget don't have any that I know of< I was just there in December and spent 3 nights at MSS. Vegas Club still has a large number of coin machines it seems like the Golden Gate did also.
You have my interest up though, I will see what I can find out for you, give me a couple of days.
Moments later: I'm warming up the alphabet soup so that I can eat my words. Boy did I get roasted, my buddies tell me that Main Street Station still has a few old "coin droppers" as does California, Fremont, El Cortez,Fitzgerald's,Golden Gate,Binions & Vegas Club - on the strip >Slots-A-Fun, Circus Circus, Riviera & Frontier and one guy swears up and down that he played nickel coin droppers at Bellagio last April. & still more at >Sam's Town, Rampart, Greek Isles..

RE:
What Las Vegas Casino's slots Machines still use coins rather then the paper?
I can't seem to find out what casino's in las vegas still use coins in their slot machines . I really don't like the paper ticket payout. I'd love to be paid by the machine in coins !
Thanks

I live and work in Vegas and i am sad to say that 98% of all Vegas casinos now use the paper ticket to pay out, it is just more efficient to use the paper then coins because it is less heavy and less dirty as well.

Almost all the casinos on Fremont Street. It is really fun down there. Minimum bets are like a $1 at the tables too. Check it out!

The Tropicana still had coin slots when we were there in October 2006. They had started switching over, so they may have fully converted to TITO.

All of the casinos have areas on the floors where they have coin slots. Just ask.
