It has been getting bigger. What should I do?

It is not a blood clot, it is most likely a hematoma, contusion or "bruise". If it is causing you significant pain or not stopping increasing in size, go to the doctor. Otherwise you are probably fine.

Put some ice on the area, wrap it in a towel or face cloth so you don't get frostbite too, 10 minutes on 10 minutes off. This will help slow the bleeding under the skin and help minimize bruising.
Don't worry about a surface blood clot, the kind that are dangerous are the ones deep within your veins and cannot be seen.

sounds like a blood blister, for the love of pete, don't pop it. You can ice it, won't do much but make the pain ease up. Just gotta let it run its course.
