Why do white people have negative images of black people?

Not all "white" people have negative images against "black" people. Thats just stereotyping. And some people may have negative images of "black" people because of surroundings. Family or even movies may influence our judgement of a person.

I think its a culture thing. Sometimes I dont get why they are so loud and always have to act a certain thug way. But then I realize its just their culture and we are not all the same. People often dont get their culture and thats why they look down on it. I dont look down on black people but I cant really understand their culture. I dont like how rap has become such a strong part of their culture. Its not just rap because rap used to be good, rap today sucks a**. Its so terrible and they rap about the same bs in every song. THis is what I dont get and this is just setting a really terrible example for young kids that dont know any better.

Your stero typing again! I have a black best girl friend and I most certainly do not have a negative image of her. I don't even think of her as black. We are just friends. I think to judge people by the color of their skin should have went out with the cave man.

For one of two reasons friend: 1. You're a product of your enviroment (meaning they was taught their thinking by their parents who knew no better). or 2. Some must find something to look down on in order to look up at themselves (meaning they can only feel like they're someone if they're superior to anyone).
